Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are only applicable for defective or damaged products.
- The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The product must be returned in the original packaging.
- You have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receiving your item to request a refund.
Non-Refundable Items
- Customized items that are made according to your specifications are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Gift cards and promotional products are also non-refundable.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than thirty (30) days after delivery.
Refund Process
- To initiate a refund, you must first contact our customer service within the stipulated time frame with proof of purchase and details of the defect.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email notification of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping Costs for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
